After celebrating her 17th birthday last March 19, Julia Montes admits she feels fulfillment because she has purchased a bigger home for her family in an exclusive residential village in Antipolo City overlooking Metro Manila.?The pretty Filipino-German actress said that, unlike before when she and her family had to sleep in one room, she has now given them their own rooms in the new house. Julia got teary-eyed during the house blessing last March 20 and admitted that it was one of her most unforgettable birthday celebrations. “It's because I don't really celebrate my birthday. What always happened was that my aunt just prepared spaghetti for me. My aunt is gone, so it's back to normal,” she said. “One of my most memorable birthdays was my 16th when the cast of Mara Clara (a television series in which she played a major role) threw a small party for me and gave me 16 roses. That was very emotional because it was unexpected.”
