An initiative of the Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO), the KAQA is presented to the candidate achieving the highest number of points in meeting the criteria set by the organization, namely excellence of administrative management; most effective strategic planning; best recruitment of human resources, implementing best practices in managing vendors, partners and operational business; attention to customer services; effectiveness of information and information analysis systems, the company's influence on society; and the company's business results. KAQA is an exclusively national award that is decided solely by SASO, the Kingdom's official organization for measurement and assessment of quality standards in commerce and industry.
