Qatar needs 93,000 new homes by '10

Qatar is expected to require an additional 93,000 residential units by 2010 to sufficiently address the rising demand, as a result of rapid population increase relative to supply and the country's burgeoning economy.
The substantial need for housing developments is driving the Qatar real estate services market, which is also expected to witness a considerable increase as end-users seek the support of experienced professionals to find an ideal property that suits their needs.
