These include being named official tire sponsor of the Dubai International Motor Show 2015 and launching the Cooper Tire website and marketing materials in Arabic. This year the company also appointed a new distributor for Saudi Arabia – Arabian Tires. In their new roles, the duo will look to further boost Cooper's presence in the Middle East market. Huss commented, "Cooper already markets a great range of products across five Middle East countries. The Middle East has a very diverse vehicle car parc, which fits our varied product portfolio of 4x4 and passenger tires perfectly. Michiel and I look forward to working closely with Cooper's regional partners to expand the brand's reach over the coming months and years as we continue to offer high-quality products which are a great value to our customers.'' With over 20 years of experience in the international tire market, Huss has been appointed Middle East Sales Director from his previous role as Regional Sales Manager – Middle East, Africa & Mediterranean. Huss is fluent in English, French, Italian and Spanish and has previously worked for organizations such as Bridgestone and Marangoni. Kramer joins Cooper from Nedap Security Management, where he was Director of Channel Sales for Europe. Prior to that post, he was Marketing Manager Europe and North America for Apollo Vredestein, where he earlier served in positions such as Area Export Manager for Middle and Eastern Europe and Market Development Manager for the United States. In this newly created role, Kramer, a 12-year tire industry veteran, will be responsible for marketing, pricing, business intelligence and product management. Huss and Kramer will report to Luis Ceneviz, Cooper's Managing Director of Latin America Tire Operations and Managing Director of Europe Tire Operations with responsibility for the Middle East market.
