As the deadline given to Qatar by Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain and Egypt ends soon, American organizations and figures have called for new demonstrations to denounce Doha's support for terrorism. Several US groups rallied in front of the White House and the Qatari embassy in Washington to protest against Qatar's sponsorship of terrorism. In a phone call with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan, US President Donald Trump stressed on the need to intensify the efforts of all countries to combat terrorism and extremist ideologies, in response to the Qatari crisis with its neighbors.
