King Saud University (KSU) signed a research agreement here Monday with Al-Safi Dairy and the King Abdullah Center for Research and Strategic Studies. The agreement was signed by Prince Muhammad Bin Khaled Al-Abdullah Al-Faisal, President and Senior Executive Director of Al-Faisaliya Group and Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Othman, President of KSU. The strategy is to secure training and employment for students at the university's Food and Agriculture College; exchange knowledge and expertise in the areas of food technology, crop production, fodder, animal husbandry; and help set up a research center for Al-Safi Dairy to serve as a nucleus for the Al-Safi Excellence Center. The Riyadh Valley Company at KSU has been designed to establish a knowledge economy in the country and to make the best use of the university's knowledge and research to create new products.
