During Ramadan young volunteers gather around the two Holy mosques and streets of Makkah and Madinah to lay out iftar meals and distribute them during Maghreb prayer. More than three and a half million pilgrims benefit from the services of the association every year through twenty-one programs. Half of the charity food is distributed during the Hajj season. With more than 2,000 workers and volunteers on ground, the volunteers are trained to serve pilgrims annually.
