“Failure is not the end. It's the beginning. Use failure to your advantage and learn from it.” This was Indian Consul General Faiz Ahmad Kidwai's advice to graduating students of the International Indian School Jeddah (IISJ), which held the graduation ceremony for Class XII Friday. Kidwai shared his academic journey with the young audience and traced how he came to choose his career and succeeded even after failure. He advised students to pursue careers of their own choice. The ceremonies began with a recitation from the Holy Qur'an, followed by a welcome speech from the principal. Kidwai, M.S. Karimuddin and Najeeb Qais addressed the gathering, which included a large number of students, parents and teachers. Among the guests were Fareeda Karimuddin and Kausar Kidwai. The Head Girl's calculation of time spent in school and the Head Boy's poetry were met with thunderous applause. The chief guest distributed certificates among the graduates who were in ceremonial gowns and hoods. __
