JEDDAH — ALJ Toshiba plundered runs at will against depleted Apex Express to amass a record 335 runs in 20 overs. Ahmad of Sadafco and Aamir of ALJ Toshiba hammered tons as Wolves XI's Irfan scored unbeaten 91 and Al Kabbani's Faisal Qayyum smashed 96 in the WPCA Morning T20 Tournament.
Wolves beat Jeddah Tigers by 39 runs. Irfan smashed unbeaten 91 in 59 balls with 14 fours, Nawaz 56 in 32 balls and Zahid 48 as Wolves scored 211 for 2. Jeddah Tigers reached 172 for 8. Sohail made 24 to add 57 with Tahir (39), Saeed 16 and Nanajee 36. Wajid took 2-9 and Nawaz 2-18.
Al Kabbani trounced IDB by 7 wickets. IDB posted 173 for 7. Gulfaham 43, Rizwan 19, Waseem 20, Quddus 27 and Muzammil 18 n.o. contributed. Imran took 2-25 and Luqman 2-36.
