New Alinma Bank branch launched in Ar-Rass City
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 01 - 02 - 2017

With the opening of its most recent branch in the city of Ar-Rass in Riyadh province, Alinma Bank continues its expansion across Saudi Arabia, bringing its exemplary, Shariah-compliant services to residents in yet another important region of the kingdom. Ar-Rass represents the type of expansion that is key to the achievement of the bank's vision – to be the preferred financial partner for all – wherein Alinma is mission-driven to give all residents in the kingdom the opportunity to benefits from the bank's extensive range of products and services.
A special ceremony was held last Jan. 24 at the new branch on King Abdulaziz Road that was attended by Mohammed Bin Abdullah Al-Assaf, the Mayor of Ar-Rass; Alinma Bank CEO Abdulmohsen Al-Fares, community and business leaders and other distinguished guests. With the launch, the total number of Alinma branches across Saudi Arabia stood at 134.
"We are pleased to have the opportunity to serve the people of Ar-Rass," said Al-Fares, speaking about the launch. "It is important for Alinma to have a physical presence in strategic locations throughout the kingdom, where our purpose-built branches render the level of quality service for which Alinma Bank has become known. We have highly trained staff who are ready to meet the banking needs of Ar-Rass residents."
Since its launch in 2009, Alinma Bank has leveraged the best available banking technology and best practices in the delivery of customer service to bring convenience to the financial lives of its partners (customers). Toward that end, the bank has developed a full range of e-channel options that lessen partners' dependence on branches, while simultaneously maintaining a branch network where partners can address their most important financial issues.
Most recently, Alinma added credit and debit card issuances and renewals through its ATMs, whereby partners can request cards online and have those cards printed from selected Alinma ATMs across the kingdom. Additionally, Alinma now offers direct online registration for partners with the Ministry of Interior's "Absher" service.
In addition to its branches, Alinma Bank serves its partners through its Alinma Internet («http://www.alinma.com» www.alinma.com), Alinma Mobile (WAP) and Alinma Phone (8001208000) services, as well as through its smart device application and its network for 1340 ATMs throughout the kingdom.
