Merchants can serve customers invoices via different channels such as call centers, SMS or social media, such as Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, as per customer preferences. Customers are able pay simply and easily via a unique URL and invoice payment code, using SADAD, credit cards or bank transfer.
"Consumers want to be able to deal with businesses via the platforms that are the most familiar to them and, these days, that might be Twitter or Instagram, or even Snapchat," said Abdulaziz Homaily, co-founder of #Pay.
"#Pay opens up communication channels for merchants allowing them send invoices via social media. By joining PayFort we will be able to develop and grow #Pay services faster, helping more merchants to improve customer experience and conversion rates."
