NuYu brings cutting edge fitness program for women

NuYu, Saudi's first chain of female fitness centers, launches a cutting edge fitness program for women – ‘Impact'. A bespoke program of global fitness phenomenon High intensity Interval training (HIIT) arrives to the Kingdom for women.
"It's Barry's Bootcamp meets Orange Theory and then put our very own unique NuYu/Saudi women's stamp on it," said Princess Sara Mohammed Bin Naif, NuYu's founder and creative director.
Women in the Kingdom today are more attuned to the latest fitness programs worldwide. Social media platforms keeps them informed of the programs their favorite celebrities are partaking in to keep fit. Fitness clubs are now also expected to keep up and rapidly deliver on these fitness trends in market.
Princess Sara is a fitness devotee herself and a firm believer that fitness delivers on wellbeing all round for any and all individuals, particularly when practiced consistently over enduring periods of time. Impact is a highly sophisticated High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program with 30-minute workout sessions targeting and challenging different area's of the body over the 6 days of the week.
