Logical thing to do
With reference to the article “Gulf states withdraw monitors from Syria” on January 25, I think that was the most logical thing to do. It was evident from the very start that the regime of Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad had no plans to heed the Arab League recommendations for him to stop the army from killing his own people and for him to step down. That is why he tried to misled the monitors.
