Facility Management Services in Mideast sees strong growth
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 21 - 09 - 2016

A recent business confidence survey conducted by the British Institute of Facilities Management on the Middle East's FM market forecast a very positive growth, noting that 36 percent of participants intend to completely outsource their FM services, while 60 percent expect more outsourcing of FM operations in the future.
Isnaad, a leader in soft FM services, will showcase its solutions at the Middle East Cleaning Technology Week (MECTW) as the official Specialized Cleaning Service Pavilion Partner. Isnaad aims to showcase its soft FM services that are primed for growth, especially in Dubai, as the Emirate is getting ready for Expo 2020.
MECTW features three platforms such as Gulf Laundrex and Linen Care Expo, Gulf Car Wash and Car Care Expo as well as the Clean Middle EastPulire. The event will be held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre on Nov. 13-15 this year.
Jamal Abdullah Lootah, CEO, Imdaad, said: "As the market looks to welcome a huge influx of visitors, the need for an efficient partner to meet the growing demand in specialized cleaning sector will be high, especially by 2020. This provides us huge opportunity to offer our specialized cleaning and related soft FM services including cleaning and janitorial, lifeguard, concierge, front office, help desk, housekeeping, and laundry, among others."
He further said that MECTW is an ideal platform and a perfect opportunity for Isnaad to expand its reach in the Middle East cleaning industry. "The new pavilions at Clean Middle East Pulire (CMEP) on specialized cleaning, sewerage and sanitation, as well as waste management will give us further leverage to showcase our innovations," Lootah added.
Jayaraman Nair, Chairman, VIS Exhibitions and Conferences – organizer of MECTW, said "we are pleased to welcome Isnaad as an official partner for our Specialized Cleaning Service Pavilion at MECTW. Isnaad is a key player in the facility management industry in the Middle East, which is one of the world's leading commercial cleaning market. Over the years, MECTW has evolved as a perfect platform for brands to promote themselves in this competitive and growing region. It also brings together all industry players to exchange ideas and showcase innovative solutions."
Isnaad is a wholly-owned subsidiary of leading integrated facilities management company, Imdaad, and provides pioneering sustainable solutions and soft facility management services for the Emirates and the GCC region. The company also serves as a support arm for Imdaad by sourcing highly capable and skilled workforce as well as a highly efficient manpower resource solution to FM companies serving the UAE market.
MECTW is region's largest event that brings together cleaning service providers, equipment, and chemicals suppliers to discuss trends and showcase green cleaning products and innovations. The event will feature new pavilions dedicated to waste management, sewerage, and sanitation, and specialized cleaning for the year 2016. — SG
