"We strongly condemn this terrorist act and share with Your Excellency and the Turkish people the feelings of pain and sorrow for this incident, expressing, on my own behalf and on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, our condolences and sympathy to Your Excellency, the families of the victims and the people of Turkey, praying to Allah Almighty to bestow His mercy on the dead. We wish the injured a quick recovery and supplicate to Him to protect Turkey and its people from any harm," the monarch added.
