general trade and investment committee established a new trade mission to Saudi Arabia with the support of forty companies specialized in water and sewage system treatment. The companies were a part of British consulate seminar held Sat. 21 to explain and provide information about each company. The principal focus of the mission was water and sewage system treatment. Companies from England represented a broad range of skills and technologies from project feasibility to implementation. “The British government is keen to develop a close relationship with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to support initiatives for high quality environment, water and sewage system services at sustainable cost,” said Michael Cockle, Deputy Consul General and the head of trade and investment section. “Today, we have forty companies from UK and Northern Ireland specialized in water sewage system ready with their expertise.” Business between Saudi Arabia and northern Ireland has been growing strongly over the past two years and it covers a broad range of manufactured goods and professional service, leading to the establishment of Northern Ireland investment office in the British Consulate.”Our international trade program is designed to help companies access new customers showcase their products and services,” Alastair Hamilton , chief executive Invest Northern Ireland said. __
