Othaimeen reports to Shoura his ministry's performance By Faris Al-Qahtani Okaz/Saudi Gazette RIYADH — Dr. Yusuf Al-Othaimeen, Minister of Social Affairs, is scheduled to shed light on his ministry's performance when he appears in the Shoura (Consultative) Council, Sunday. This will be in the form of a general discussion to explain subjects that come under the ministry's jurisdiction, highlight its accomplishments and the problems and obstacles facing it. Minister Al-Othaimeen will answer questions by Shoura Council members. In its session Monday, the Council will begin forming specialist committees and naming the chairmen and deputy chairmen of these committees. Later the Council will complete discussion of the report of the Housing, Water and Public Services Committee on the municipal councils draft regulation. Several times in the past, the Shoura Council has extended an opportunity to the ministers to discuss problems faced by their ministries and highlight their performances. __
