"The Council of Saudi Chambers has conducted a comprehensive study on the effects the 9:00 p.m. closure of shops will have on Saudization," said the source. Abdulaziz Al-Tiraiki, a businessman, said he understands the benefits of the early closure of the retail sector. "The Ministry of Labor and Social Development wants to regulate the sector to organize the employment of Saudis.
