Saudi Urdu poet invited to attend Dubai Mushaira

Salim Adroos, noted Saudi Urdu poet, has been invited to attend the Kavi Sammelan and Mushaira (poetic evening) in Dubai scheduled for Jan. 26.
The event is being organized as part of the Indian Republic Day celebrations.
Other poets who will be taking part in the Mushaira are:
Javed Akhtar, Gulzar Dehlvi, Dr. Peerzada Qasim, Santosh Anand, Anis Ansari IAS, Popular Meeruthi, Dr. Kaleem Qaiser, Ramender Mohan Tirpathi, Nusrat Mehdi, Azm Shakri, Johar Kanpuri and Anwar Jalalpuri.
ETV will be telecasting the program for the seventh consecutive year, a press release issued here said.
