Majid Al Futtaim's five malls in Dubai are offering unique experiences starting on the first day of Eid through Dubai Summer Surprises.
At Mall of the Emirates, shoppers have the incredible chance to ‘Spin the Globe' and win a mystery dream holiday. As well as daily winning opportunities, visitors will be treated to roaming entertainment by international performers. At Mall of the Emirates, children will delight in the hilarious ‘Those Funny People' show featuring giant puppets perform funny improvisations, flashy dance moves and bursts of songs. These adorable characters will entertain the little ones around the mall five times a day from July 6 – 12.
While at City Centre Deira and City Centre Mirdif, every day, shoppers have the opportunity to win two tickets to their favorite destination for a trip of a lifetime. Plus, every shopper can be a winner as travel essentials such as Go Pro cameras, attractive luggage, fun selfie sticks and so much more are up for grabs too!
City Centre Deira will host a ‘cat-ivating' Cat Choir featuring two purring feline puppets with the ‘purr-fect' rapport! With upbeat music and humour, the two mischievous cats entertain audiences five times daily, from July 6 – 12, with their views about dinner, work, their owner Fat Bob and the world around them from within the confines of their dustbin homes.

The performers will take to the stage five times daily from July 6 – 12.
For the first time, City Centre Al Shindagha and City Centre Me'aisem will launch unique Eid promotions offering mall guests Eidiyat prizes worth up to AED1,500,000 in partnership with Dubai Shopping Malls Group (DSMG). From June 23 until the third day of Eid, shoppers of participating retail stores will receive special tokens inviting them to enter ‘A Win at Every Spin' competition set to take place on the first day of Eid al Fitr! Another first time experience will offer mall visitors at City Centre Me'aisem the unique chance to re-live the popular ‘Hello and Goodbye' hit from the English rock-band, The Beatles, in a virtual karaoke setting. Featuring exclusive and mesmerizing moments, the show is sure to bring together old fans and new to revel in the novel experience. Originating from Japan, the exciting performance will take place five times a day from July 6 – 12.
In the Northern Emirates, City Centre Sharjah will host an incredible experience to conduct Camerata Allaturca. This unique opportunity to direct a group of professional musicians playing woodwinds, brass, percussion and strings is the first of its kind in the Emirate. Camerata Allaturca will perform live for the first time in the UAE four times daily from July 6 - 9.

City Centre Ajman and City Centre Fujairah will celebrate the occasion by distributing ‘Eidiya Happy Treats' – money and gifts – to children during the first three days of Eid. In addition, visitors are invited to enjoy a complimentary movie screening for a highly anticipated summer blockbuster. While mall patrons in the Northern Emirates; My City Centre Nasseriya and Matajer malls invite children to a Eid themed workshop with fun activities featuring face painting, balloon giveaways and opportunities to take instant photos to create memorable moments during the first three days of Eid. Also in the malls, visitors can enjoy complimentary decorative Henna in preparation for Eid Al Fitr.
In Oman, City Centre Muscat and City Centre Qurum will welcome the internationally-acclaimed children's show ‘Shaun the Sheep' along with the fun-filled ‘Championsheeps' games from July 7 – 16. To kick off the first day of Eid Al Fitr, the malls will offer unforgettable family experiences as the young and young at heart can get involved with the energetic show.
The popular ‘Championsheeps' games invite children to display their skills in a number of activities and competitions such as hula hooping, aerobics, line-dancing, hopper race, Bitzer's sack race and more. City Centre Qurum offers the games and show from July 7 – 9 and in City Centre Muscat, from July 12 – 16.
City Centre Bahrain offer shoppers a chance to indulge in the ‘Selfie Station' where they can snap their new outfits for Eid at a trendy photobooth and receive branded pictures instantly! Additionally, the mall will distribute delicious themed cupcakes, balloons and Magic Planet cards sure to excite children and families to celebrate the occasion.
City Centre Beirut offers a unique experience at the Terrace by bringing together mall visitors around music, with live bands playing traditional Oriental tunes during Iftar. Football fans will enjoy the live broadcast of the UEFA Championship 2016 matches accompanied by thrilling recreational activities offering them the chance to win gift cards every day. As for the kids, Ghinwa Show will perform twice a day, adding joy and smiles to their faces.
In Egypt, City Centre Alexandria will celebrate Eid Al Fitr by giving mall guests unparalleled promotions at retail outlets and distributing delicious Kaak – traditional themed cookies on the first day of Eid.
