Home Centre captures spirit of sharing
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 17 - 06 - 2016

HOME CENTRE, the region's leading home retailer, is set to launch its Ramadan catalog for 2016 across its stores in the GCC. Inspired by the spirit of sharing, the catalog will feature 152 ideas for elegant décor, thoughtful gifts, inviting table settings and mouth-watering recipes.
The Holy month of Ramadan is a beautiful time for self-reflection, prayer and good deeds. Bringing individuals and families together to share meals and exchange gifts, this is a special time of the year to reconnect with family and friends and cultivate relationships.
Capturing the mood of the season, Home Centre's 2016 Ramadan collection will comprise timeless furniture pieces, complemented by patterned fabrics and floral designs. Elegant table accessories and serve-ware will add to the warm ambience of those special Iftar gatherings.
With giving and receiving gifts being an integral part of the occasion, customers can make their selection from a wide range of gold-embellished decorative platters, antique lanterns, artsy candle holders and other beautiful objects.
The seasonal catalog also has brand ambassador Nancy Ajram sharing her favourite picks from the Ramadan collection with the readers. Nancy commented, "It is an extremely special time of the year and Home Centre's latest collection provides inspirational ideas to make this month all about enjoying time together. I have hand-picked a few items from this collection. I am confident that shoppers will love the new collection."
Médéric Payne, CEO of Home Centre, said: "Ramadan highlights the spirit of togetherness and gatherings, which form the basis of our catalogue this year. Our Ramadan collection reflects new styles and the latest designs keeping customers' needs and preferences in mind, inspiring them to share the true essence of the occasion. Through the stimulating ideas, tips and recipes featured, we wish to offer our customers a holistic experience and help them make this month even more memorable."
The Ramadan 2016 catalog will be available at all Home Centre stores, and can also be viewed online.
Since 1995, Home Centre has been in the business of making homes beautiful. What started out as a single store in Sharjah-UAE is today the region's preferred home shopping destination that is committed to delivering outstanding value, continuous innovation, and exceptional customer experience.
Encompassing a wide network of over 90 stores across a retail area of four million square feet, Home Centre is a leading home retailer in the MENA region and the Indian subcontinent. Home Centre offers an extensive and impressive range of furniture, furnishings, home accessories and decor, bed and bath range, as well as kitchenware and gifting ideas to a diverse target audience. In 2015-16, the brand seeks to foray into newer markets and expand its presence in North Africa and the CIS countries.
Reinforcing the brand's position in the region, Home Centre won the Most Admired Retailer of the Year title in the Home and Housewares category at the 5th Annual IMAGES RetailME Awards 2015. It also won the 2015 – 2016 Global Innovation Middle East Award at the same event. Other industry accolades include the 2015 Service Hero award in Kuwait for the Best Customer Service in the Home furniture category.
