WE often tend to worry about what will happen in the very next moments of our lives. Although some people do not do this, many human beings are very anxious about the future. However, the degree and limits of anxiety differ from person to person, situation to situation and attitude to attitude. Some people become anxious about the basic amenities of life, such as food, water and shelter. At the same time, people blessed with these are anxious about the secondary necessities of life, such as education and societal needs. People who have all of these things may have different challenges in life to face, such as the search for happiness, love and contentment. A heart full of emotions will ignore any sort of satisfaction for the sake of its contentment and happiness. A loving and caring heart, when it is hurt, becomes anxious and eager for a positive response. It is the natural phenomenon of the heart and mind exerting pressure on each other to achieve contentment. It naturally becomes very difficult to overcome the anxieties related to matters, especially incidents and matters involving personal lives. However, various psychologists and mentors are capable of helping the oppressed find contentment so that they can overcome the challenges of anxiety. Hence, every human being has a level of emotional extremes which lead to certain actions and modes of behavior. Definitively, no heart can safeguard its emotions and exist in a web of fake positivism. Rafay Mohiuddin Mohammed,
