CHANGING economic scenario and increasing number of younger generation entering the workforce calls for Saudi companies to adopt new strategies for success. In this context, Ashridge Executive Education has crafted a three-day program tailored to address the challenges Saudi managers face in implementing strategies and how they can effectively translate strategy into action. Rory Hendrikz, Director of Ashridge Middle East, said: "Saudi companies face many challenges including global economic slowdown, drop in oil prices and a younger generation with new outlook entering the workforce. In the midst of all these changes, they need to devise new strategies to stay ahead of the game. A well thought out strategy is only effective if implemented properly and our three day program ‘Translating Strategy into Action' takes into consideration the various challenges of goal setting and staff engagement required to successfully execute the strategy." The program is specially created for managers, directors and leaders. It will equip them with all the necessary tools to turn strategy into action and get results for their organization, including designing a strategy implementation process, getting the entire organization engaged in the implementation, pushing through obstacles, approaching risk and assessing any weakness in the plan and integrating the various functions. This three-day program held in Abu Dhabi concluded on May 19 and again will be held on Dec. 6- 8, 2016. The program can also be conducted inhouse in Saudi Arabia for any interested company who would like this tailored to address their organization's specific needs. Ashridge Executive Education is a non-profit making organization with over 20 years' experience in training business leaders in the Middle East.
