At the outset of the ceremony, Commander of the Special Security Forces Maj. Gen. Mufleh Al-Otaibi delivered a speech in which he welcomed the Crown Prince. He also highlighted the capabilities and skills of the special security forces, especially in combating terrorism and foiling the evil designs of terrorists. "The special security forces are fully geared up to carry out any security operation in any parts of the Kingdom and are capable of defending the nation by handling any difficult situations and crises with superb skills and professional excellence," he said. Abdulaziz Al-Qarni, a student, delivered a speech on behalf of graduated students, in which he thanked the Crown Prince for gracing the ceremony, and expressed his pride for joining the special security forces. Then, the military parade started. The special units demonstrated their unique military drills for which they have received training. The Crown Prince honored the graduates who made outstanding performance in their courses by distributing certificates to them. Several senior military and civilian officials attended the ceremony and the military parade.
