Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane said Cristiano Ronaldo "is 100 percent" and will face Manchester City in Wednesday's Champions League semifinal second leg but striker Karim Benzema and midfielder Casemiro will miss the game. Ronaldo has recovered from a hamstring injury which forced him to miss Madrid's last three games in all competitions and has resumed full training. But Benzema is yet to recover from a hamstring problem and Casemiro is still out after a knock to the hip sustained in Saturday's 1-0 win at Real Sociedad. "Cristiano is fine, he is 100 percent. He has trained and will be with us tomorrow, there is no risk," Zidane told a news conference. "Karim's situation is different. He still has a problem and we don't want to take any risks. "Casemiro does not have a serious injury but he has a bruise and did not train today. We will try and play the same way and put someone else in his position. Casemiro is Casemiro but we have a big squad and there are other players who can do what he does." Ronaldo is the top scorer in the Champions League with 16 goals while Benzema has netted 27 times in all competitions this season. Madrid forward Lucas Vazquez replaced Ronaldo in the goalless first leg in Manchester and is expected to fill in for Benzema. Ronaldo missed three straight games, including the 0-0 first-leg draw in Manchester last week. "Home advantage will help," Casemiro said. "It is going to be a very difficult game but our fans are strong. That gives us a small advantage. We're counting on the fans and I'm sure they'll not let us down." Only two opponents have beaten Madrid at home this season, Atletico Madrid and Barcelona. Malaga earned a 0-0 draw against the 10-time European champion at the Bernabeu, a result that, if repeated, would send Wednesday's game into extra time. Madrid, the title winner in 2014, has won its last six games at the venue in all competitions. The club is unbeaten against English sides at home in the Champions League, and it defeated City 3-2 in the tournament's group stage in 2012. City defender Eliaquim Mangala, one of the men in charge of stopping Ronaldo Wednesday, said the scoreless draw in the first leg was not a bad result considering the team's success in away games. "We defended very well and didn't concede an away goal which was very important for us," Mangala said. "We know that it will be a tough game against Real Madrid and that they play well at home, but we did well in the other rounds."
