The Exhibition was held in Aramco House in Al Balad District, on Wednesday. The philanthropic art exhibition includes around 25 paintings and 8 sculptures concentrating about positive messages, particularly peace. His work collections are a mix of pieces that he started working on before a year and half. All of them are sending the same message, which is ceasing violence, haters, and any negative emotions and action. Most of the paintings include the word tolerance and some of the others have the word peace. Sculptures were made as a mix of calligraphies. The pieces were expressing positive concepts without being linked directly to the language. Most of the paintings were drawn with black and few have a mix between the black and the red. Few pieces are left untitled giving the visitor the space to think about what the drawing is talking about and make the human imagination work. According to Al Aswadi, he believes that people should start focusing on tolerance and peace and spread these two vital actions and feelings. He expressed that he is happy with his solo exhibition experience in Jeddah since this is his first time to participate in such an activity in the Kingdom. Etihad Airways and Art to Art were the sponsors of the Exhibition with collaboration of Saudi Arabian Society for Culture and Arts. Al Aswadi exhibited his first works in Sanaa in 2001. He is moving between France and Yemen since 2008 and he launched several exhibitions. The painter prefers using Arabic words and calligraphy in his draws and artwork to send a message.
