Published in The Saudi Gazette on 21 - 04 - 2016

Ajman Free Zone gears up for rapid international expansion in the New Year following the successful addition of their own offices in the UAE and India. The extension will greatly contribute in strengthening the presence of the Free Zone as a new gateway in international markets as part of the expansion plans pursued by the Free Zone.
Having established offices in various countries around the world including international locations such as Mumbai and Delhi, AFZ also has a corporate presence in several other locations via representative partners such as the United Kingdom - Manchester and Pakistani - Karachi.
The free zone is strongly eyeing the Asia-Pacific market for expansion. By the end of the fiscal year 2016, Ajman Free Zone is looking to have operating offices in Germany, France, Italy and Singapore. Currently AFZ has a corporate presence in five different countries including locations such as Dar e salaam and Johannesburg. Key growth plans for Ajman Free Zone involve establishing offices in several more locations globally to heighten their reach even further.
Mahmood Al Hashemi, General Manager, Ajman Free Zone, said "we have marked out strategic plans to expand further into global markets in 2016. The opening up of these new premises is one step forward in response to the growing demand for new offices and modern services". "By establishing presence in these countries we seek to offer business facilities for our clients globally by providing the latest and most modern set up," added Hashemi.
Expressing the readiness of Ajman Free Zone, Nader Eldesouky, Deputy Director General, AFZ further added "Ajman is a safe investment destination with tax-free opportunities and a 24-hour set-up."
