Gen. Awwad Eid Al-Bluwi, director general of the Border Guard, offered condolences to the family of the martyr Private First Class Ayidh Hamid Muhammad Al-Zubeidi, who was killed in Al-Hurrath Sector in Jazan while performing his duty defending the country. Maj. Gen. Al-Bluwi offered the condolences during a visit to the home of the martyr's family in Qunfudah, Makkah province. "These incidents will not prevent the Border Guard personnel from carrying out their duty. On the contrary, they will bolster their determination to defend every inch of the homeland," Al-Bluwi stressed. The martyr's family and relatives expressed thanks to King Salman, the Crown Prince and Deputy Crown Prince for their care and attention. They deemed Al-Zubeidi's martyrdom in the line of duty as a matter pride for the family.
