Angelo Ogbonna headed home a winning goal in stoppage time of extra time to give West Ham a dramatic 2-1 victory over Liverpool in their FA Cup fourth round replay Tuesday. Ogbonna's strike in the 121st minute at Upton Park earned West Ham a last-16 match at Championship team Blackburn Rovers. West Ham opened the scoring on the stroke of halftime when Ecuador striker Enner Valencia sent a ball across the Liverpool goal that was met with a volley by winger Michail Antonio. Liverpool equalized from a free kick in the 48th minute after Pedro Obiang brought down striker Christian Benteke on the edge of the area. Philippe Coutinho drove the ball low and hard under the wall to score, but the match remained deadlocked at 1-1 after 90 minutes. It then looked destined for a penalty shootout until Italy international Ogbonna grabbed the winner, meeting Dmitry Payet's curling free kick with a powerful header. Liverpool had earlier been fortunate that a tug on Valencia by Tiago Ilori in the penalty box was ignored by referee Roger East in the 66th minute. But it was less lucky with the performance of Benteke, who squandered a series of chances, either by missing the target or seeing his goal-bound efforts saved by Randolph, who was in fine form. Liverpool fielded a much-changed team from the side that drew 2-2 with Sunderland in the Premier League Sunday. Dortmund reaches semis Borussia Dortmund reached the German Cup semifinals with a 3-1 win at VfB Stuttgart Tuesday as fans protested against high ticket prices by staying away at the start and throwing tennis balls on to the pitch. Several thousand Dortmund supporters spent the opening 20 minutes away from their seats at the Mercedes Benz arena while a banner saying ‘football should be affordable' stretched across the empty spaces. The visiting fans, however, got their money's worth for the entrance fee when German international Marco Reus fired the ball in from close range in the fifth minute. Stuttgart's Lukas Rupp leveled with a deflected effort in the 21st minute before a shower of tennis balls cascaded on to field from the Dortmund section. Reus then turned provider by sending Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang through for a fine finish. Aubameyang created the third goal for Henrikh Mkhitaryan with a minute to go. Elsewhere, Werder Bremen went through with a 3-1 victory at Bayer Leverkusen who had Brazilian defender Wendell sent off in the 41st minute. Sochaux upsets Monaco Second-division struggler Sochaux reached the French Cup quarterfinals with a shock 2-1 victory at home to Monaco Tuesday. Sochaux fended off Monaco's early attacks and then hit back against a side that lies second in the French top-flight. The host opened the scoring in the 19th minute when Florian Martin beat reserve goalkeeper Paul Nardi with a calm finish after Fabinho gave the ball away. Sochaux had several chances to extend its lead but Monaco equalized against the run of the play seven minutes before halftime, courtesy of Tiemoue Bakayoko's header from Joao Moutinho's cross. Hadi Sacko netted the winner in the 54th minute with a left-foot shot into the top corner. Gazelec Ajaccio joined Sochaux in the quarterfinals with a 2-1 win at fourth-tier Saint-Malo.
