‘Heartfelt Hospitality', is the focus for JA Resorts and Hotels when it comes to serving and satisfying customers.
"It is very important to exceed our guests expectations and our guests' stays should be very memorable to them," Area General Manager of JA Ocean View Hotel and The Walk, Torsten Obermann, said.
Many guests from Western Europe and UK stay at JA Resorts and Hotels in Dubai. GCC nationals, specifically from the Kingdom, make up the largest share of guests at JA properties in Dubai.
Most of the JA properties are well known for there ideal locations; JA Ocean View, located towards the end of The Walk in Jumeirah Beach Residence area and 10 minutes walk from Marina Walk's promenade, is an attractive hotel for GCC tourists in Dubai.
"The hotel is three years old, but 50 percent of guests are return guests already," Obermann said.
He said that the usual guests are couples and small families. For them, the hotel has over-sized rooms suit their requirements.
"The hotel is young, fresh, and funky, so it is not traditional like other hotels. When you walk in our lobby, it is round for example. It is very bright but still cosy. It is not like a traditional old lobby that you see in any other hotels. This is appealing for young families."
The four-star hotel, which has 342 rooms and suites, has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, spa center, and hair and beauty Salon.
There is also a playground as well as a swimming pool specially for children.
The hotel's café, Café Via, offers light eats and is open 24 hours.
Free shuttles are available for guests not only in JA Ocean View Hotel but also the other JA hotel properties.
These complementary shuttles drop guests at several malls, depending on the hotel, such as Emirates Mall and the Gold Souk.
For large families, Oasis Beach Tower would be a suitable place to stay in Dubai.
"This is an apartment hotel from two, three, and four bedrooms apartment for small and big families," Obermann said.
Guest can have access to the public beach area, and can enjoy the swimming pool.
Last year the Ittehad Jeddah club held a training camp at the JA Jebel Ali Golf Resort, and other football teams are planning to hold similar training camps at the resort.
The resort has over 200 rooms and suites with sea views. There is an 800-metre, palm-lined private beach, lush gardens and three temperature-controlled swimming pools, as well as horse riding and, of course, golf.
Other JA properties in Dubai include the Hatta Fort Hotel, Bateaux Dubai, Al Sahra Desert Resort, and JA Palm Tree Court.
The hotel group also has JA Manafaru in the Maldives and the Enchanted Island Resort in the Seychelles.
JA Resorts and Hotels with a partnership with the Gravity Resort Group (GRG), is developing a new resort on Sri Lanka's east coast that should be finished by the end of 2017.
