Zee Aflam, part of the Zee Network the world's biggest provider of Hindi programs, hosted a special movie screening event for the media in Jeddah recently. The event attended by a number of media personalities witnessed a number of activities presenting the Indian culture during the Jeddah Summer Festival (JSF) taking place during the months of July and August 2008. Commenting on the special event that encompassed the Bollywood atmosphere, Elias Mouawad, CEO of Real Media Zee Network in the MENA and Pakistan Region, said: “We look forward to meet the media in Saudi Arabia it's a great opportunity for further building relations and gaining support as we enter into the market at the same time keeping them abreast on everything we have to offer.” Fahed Moubarak showcased the launch of the channel, the first-of-its-kind in the region and features Hindi films that are subtitled and adapted specially for Arab family viewing.
