Speed up comprehensive development and reform. Ensure the equality of males and females before the law; and resist all attempts by foreigners to cause sedition and sectarian divisions. Work towards the highest level of economic integration and tackle obstacles to the customs union, single currency and common market of the GCC states. Develop collective security and defense cooperation to tackle any risks and emergencies. Activate GCC diplomacy to promote national, Arab and Islamic issues and collective interaction with all international and regional powers.
