Seven different players scored goals while defenseman Erik Karlsson had four assists as the Ottawa Senators came back from three early deficits to pull away from the winless Columbus Blue Jackets 7-3 In the National Hockey League at Nationwide Arena Wednesday. Marc Methot, Kyle Turris, Milan Michalek, Mika Zibanejad, Jean-Gabriel Pageau, Mike Hoffman and Bobby Ryan had goals for the Senators. Ryan and Zibanejad added two assists each. Ottawa scored the final five goals of the game, emptying the arena with about half of the third period to play. The Blue Jackets have allowed 20 goals in four games, with goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky, the 2013 Vezina Trophy winner, in net for all but one period and all but one of the goals. Flyers 3, Blackhawks 0 The Philadelphia Flyers capped off a special evening at Wells Fargo Center with a 3-0 win over the Chicago Blackhawks. With former Flyers and Blackhawks defenseman Kimmo Timonen honored before puck drop and throughout the game, Philadelphia (2-1-1) picked up their second straight win behind a second consecutive shutout by backup goalie Michal Neuvirth. Claude Giroux and Sam Gagner provided the offense with a goal apiece in the second period, while Matt Read iced it late in the third with a goal off a rebound. Bruins 6, Avalanche 2 Right winger Jimmy Hayes had a goal and three assists, while center Ryan Spooner had a goal and an assist as the Boston Bruins routed the Colorado Avalanche. Center Chris Kelly, right winger Tyler Randell and defenseman Kevan Miller also scored for Boston. Right winger Gabriel Landeskog and center John Mitchell scored for Colorado. Coyotes 4, Ducks 0 Anthony Duclair recorded his first career hat-trick, leading the Arizona Coyotes to a 4-0 win over the Anaheim Ducks. Coyotes goaltender Mike Smith stopped 37 shots to earn his first shutout of the season. Duclair, 20, completed his hat-trick at 10:57 of the second period, giving Arizona a four-goal lead. Acquired by the Coyotes from the New York Rangers last season in exchange for defenseman Keith Yandle, Duclair has points in all three of the Coyotes' games this season. Martin Hanzal assisted on all of Duclair's goals while Max Domi scored the Coyotes' other goal.
