GCC Foreign Ministers hold discussions in Riyadh Sunday prior to their preparatory meeting for the agenda of the 32nd session of the GCC Supreme Council. — SPA RIYADH – The Gulf Common Market will be established by early 2015, said Kuwait's Minister of Finance and Health Mustafa Jassim Al-Shimali on the sidelines of the Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee meeting here, Sunday. The meeting discussed the implementation of the GCC Customs Union as the basis for establishing the Gulf Common Market. This basis will be completed by mid-2014, he said. Al-Shimali said that there are no withdrawals from the GCC central bank. He said the proposal for the final linkup of Gulf joint railways is under study. Meanwhile, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) held here Sunday a preparatory meeting for the agenda of the GCC summit.
