The conference will bring together industry experts to showcase examples of successful smarter services from different industries and will provide a glimpse into the future of smarter services. Rafiah Ibrahim, President, Ericsson region Middle East and Africa, said: "We are working with our partners in the industry to introduce a broad range of smart services and solutions that will be used to create a more sustainable and smarter environment. ICT Innovation is allowing people can now do smart working, telemedicine, e-learning, and local governments can interact with citizens using e-government programs. But all of this requires networks which will be the key enabler of many "smart" services such as smart grids, intelligent transport systems and health applications. We are looking forward to the discussions at the GSMA Mobile 360 this year as it is directly in-line with our vision of a transforming ICT industry."
