A.R. Rahman to perform in Jeddah

Oscar award winner, Indian musician A.R. Rahman is expected to participate in a socio-cultural musical evening at the International Indian School in Jeddah in January, 2012.
India Forum, under the patronage of the Consulate General of India, will organize the event, a press release said Thursday.
Leading musicians and singers from India, including Master Azmat Hussain (Winner of Sa Re Ga Ma Little Champs), Ms. Sugandha Mishra (singer and comedian), N.C. Karunya (Indian Idol 2nd runner up), Rehman (Comedy Circus), and a team of musicians with orchestra from Mumbai are expected to perform.
