In the early hours on Saturday, Egyptian singer Amer Muneeb passed away at the age of 40. The singer was in a coma at the Dar Al Foad Hospital in Cairo. Amer had been struggling with a severe deterioration to his health in the past year and earlier this month was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit at Dar Al Foad after his blood pressure dropped tremendously. A year ago, Amer had undergone surgery in Germany to remove a cancer tumor on his colon and had returned to his normal life but was still suffering from the disease until it took his life. __
