An expatriate who tried to slip 60 cartons of expired baby milk into the city was nabbed at the Al-Sanabel security checkpoint here. The cargo, found in a small truck driven by a Pakistani man in his forties, was seized and later destroyed. Jeddah Police spokesman Col. Misfir Al-Je'aid, said that the accused was holding an expired Iqama, and that he had confessed he wanted to sell the expired milk. He was arrested.
