The Guests of Allah who came from all corners of the world to perform the fifth pillar of Islam have started preparing for their journey home. This year's pilgrimage has been a great success. After the pilgrims completed their Haj rituals peacefully and safely, some of them went to Madina to visit the Prophet's Mosque. Hundreds of thousands of pilgrims have thronged Makkah's streets thanking Allah for allowing them to complete their Haj peacefully and in comfort. The Kingdom has again proved its competence in hosting Haj despite doubts raised in some quarters that this year's Haj could be marred by disorder. Some feared that pilgrims who came from countries rocked by unrest would exploit the religious event for political ends. But Crown Prince Naif Bin Abdul Aziz, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, was firmly resolved to make Haj trouble-free. Before Haj started, the Crown Prince appropriately issued a warning to pilgrims not to exploit the occasion for any political purpose. He made it clear that the Kingdom would not tolerate such behavior and that any malpractice would be dealt with firmly. The Crown Prince sent a straightforward message that the security and safety of pilgrims was a red line that should not be crossed. Thanks to Almighty Allah, the pilgrimage has ended without any untoward incident and the Kingdom has successfully completed its mission to serve the Two Holy Mosques and the Guests of Allah. The Kingdom is determined to continue to shoulder the responsibility bestowed upon it by Allah and will not permit anyone to tamper with the security of pilgrims and the country. __
