The Gulf stock markets closed mixed Monday with Saudi, Dubai and Bahrain indexes going south. Saudi stock benchmark Tadawul All Share Index declined 0.07 percent to close at 6,132.25 points. The top three gainers were Buruj Cooperative Insurance, Sagr Insurance and Watanyia Insurance, all gaining over nine percent. But market bellwether SABIC, the petrochemical and metal producer, declined a quarter percent to SR93.75. Dubai index slipped 0.3 percent to 1,360 points. Bahrain measure eased 0.03 percent to 1,144 points. However, Abu Dhabi benchmark gained 0.2 percent to 2,447 points. Qatar index gained 0.3 percent to 8,458 points. Kuwait measure climbed 0.2 percent to 5,919 points. Oman index eased 0.02 percent to 5,539 points. "We don't think this is a game changer, although impairments are looking to be higher in 2011-13 than expected," Rasmala Investment Bank said in a note.
