Saudi Gazette twin tower which replicates Princess Al-Anoud Tower in its grandeur and brilliant architectural design was recently completed and is set for business. The two Princess Al-Anoud Towers proudly stand adjacent to one another, shimmering and invoking awe during daylight. Although the new tower closely resembles its beautiful twin, the second Al-Anoud Tower is a slightly taller. The second Al-Anoud skyscraper covers a surface area of 3,100 square meters and is 145 meters high. The tower has 25 floors above the ground and 5 floors underground for parking. This indoor parking was indispensable because limited parking spaces is a major problem in most cities of the Kingdom. The indoor parking has a capacity of 300 cars. The ground floor has spacious commercial shops. A 5-star luxury hotel takes up 17 floors of the building while business offices occupy another 13 floors. “The location of the towers in the heart of Riyadh makes them important signatures of the city and a prime investment option,” said Abdul Rahman Al-Taifi, a representative of Princess Al-Anoud Foundation. Al-Anoud Towers are strategically located on King Fahd Road in Al-Olaya district and have easy access from a number of routes. The area, which is brimming with elite shops, businesses, and shopping centers attracts both residents of the city as well as outside visitors.
