Okaz/Saudi Gazette MAKKAH/MADINA – The Ministry of Haj has launched its Low Cost Haj program for this year with 21 domestic companies. The ministry has seven service categories, with the highest fee set at SR3,900 per pilgrim and the lowest at SR1,900. The ministry offers several incentives to companies involved in the program for three years, provided the company has not committed any violations. This includes allowing a company to increase the number of its pilgrims by 10 percent when renewing its license. Other advantages include priority locations in Mina, accepting the payment of the complete camp fee in the form of a bank guarantee, and allowing a company to hire 70 percent of its buses from outside the country. __
