The property, located in the heart of Lebanese capital, is nestled near the historic Raouche Rock, in General Charles De Gaulle Avenue. Unveiling a new roadmap for Beirut's hospitality industry, Abdulkader A. Hankir, chief operating officer of KAS Investment Company (hospitality division) said Le Dix was one of the most luxurious hotels in the Arab world. "The property houses four exclusive types of suites - Royal Penthouse Suite (duplex), Royal Suite, Presidential Suite and Ambassador Suite, offering 10 high-end sea view suites, each spread out on a separate floor to ensure privacy." With its deluxe interior design and furnishings, Le Dix offers a convenient stay that is suitable for leisure and business needs, said a statement from KAS Investment. The hotel boasts of ultimate luxury accommodation and personalized services and is just a seven minutes drive from the airport and downtown districts, it added. The suites comes with fully-furnished terraces and balconies overlooking the sea, for a truly relaxing stay and one of a kind experience, said the official. These come with options of one two or three master bedrooms and fully-equipped kitchens, Hankir noted. "The hotel boasts of a 24 hour personal butler service and free limousine transport from the airport tarmac, where guests will be escorted to the VIP lounge, straight to Le Dix and vice versa," he added. Meanwhile, Lebanese tourism and telecommunications ministers last month announced plans from both ministries to encourage the Lebanese to vote for Jeita Grotto in the New 7 Wonders of Nature contest. Tourism Minister Fadi Abboud said the ministry would carry out two projects in collaboration with the Telecommunications Ministry, the first of which is to encourage Lebanese to vote for Jeita Grotto in the New Seven Wonders of Nature contest, which is now in its final stages. According to Abboud, SMS messages will be sent to all Lebanese, residing in the country and abroad, who own MTC Touch and Alfa mobile lines, urging them to vote for Jeita Grotto.
