The Royal Commission of Jubail and Yanbu has signed five new infrastructure and operation contracts worth over SR871 million. Prince Saud Bin Abdullah Bin Thunaiyan, President of the Commission, signed the contracts with a number of local companies. Three of the contracts, worth over SR720 million, were for Jubail city projects that will be executed in four years. One contract is for the eighth stage of executing housing units, which involves building 378 residential units in addition to development works (at the housing project) including roads, rainwater drainage networks, drinking water and irrigation, sewage networks, street lightening, and infrastructure for wireless networking and television broadcasting over Internet.
