Fourteen Filipino nationals embraced Islam Friday at the Cooperative Office for Dawah, Guidance and Awareness in Al-Malha and Al-Makhaf villages here. Sheikh Musdef Al-Na'mi, Director of the Dawah center, explained to them the noble principles of Islam and provided them with a number of religious booklets. During Ramadan, 20 senior Chinese engineers working on the Al-Masha'er Train project in Makkah embraced Islam by pronouncing Shahadah. The engineers joined 2,000 Chinese workers on the project who became Muslims after coming to the Kingdom. There are 6,000 engineers and workers building the transportation system. In Dammam, meanwhile, the Islamic Cultural Center announced the conversion of 28 people at the beginning of Ramadan. Hundreds of expatriates working in Saudi Arabia embrace Islam every month after learning about the truth of Allah's religion.
