The sister of late Egyptian actress Soad Hosni, Janjah, explained that her sister married late singer Abdel Halim Hafez in the early 1960s with an official marriage contract. In an interview with the show “El Shaab Yourid” on the channel “Al Qahera Wal Nas”, Janjah explained the marriage contract was with Soad in London and their mother saw it. She added that the double agent between Egypt and Israel, Ahmed Al Hawan, claiming he married the actress in secret for eight months is not true, noting he is seeking fame on her sister's account and she will file a lawsuit against him. The sister of the late actress also explained Soad got pregnant twice from her husband Ali Badrkhan but miscarried because of working herself too hard. She said: “My sister loved children very much and wished to have her own child, her hobby was to buy children's clothes and gives them out as gifts.” __
