ill patients in the Taif Mental Hospital will be treated to a special entertainment program during Eid Al-Fitr holidays. “The program includes a lunch party, recreational activities at the social club and excursions to the hospital's garden in north Taif. Visiting hours will be extended throughout the day so that patients and their families can spend more time together and enjoy Eid Al-Fitr,” said Sa'eed Al-Zahrani, TMH media adviser. Al-Zahrani added that the hospital has entertainment centers where patients can play tennis, billiards, foosball, volleyball, basketball and football. TMH is a 700-bed hospital with different psychological departments and support centers such as occupational therapy centers where patients learn different occupations such as sewing, carpentry, electronics, electricity, calligraphy and typing. Female patients learn how to do embroidery, sewing, and craft works.
