For the past consecutive years, Al Rabie Saudi Foods has hosted staff banquets (Ramadan Iftar) for its employees and their families, continuing with its yearly practice of hosting such activities during the holy month of Ramadan. The initiative plays an important role in promoting the concept of social solidarity among members of the society during Ramadan. Importantly, this initiative comes in line with the company's corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts, while the banquets were perfect for people who fast as more than 500 meals were offered. “We have invited employees from all departments, the administrative staff and also those working in Al Rabie factories, to the Ramadan tents, which had all the necessary elements for a memorable Iftar meal,” said Monther Al Harthi, CEO, Al Rabie Saudi Foods. “The company will continue its strategic program based on leadership and achieving economic success in business without neglecting the human side. Accordingly, we have launched and supported many humanitarian initiatives throughout the year. We hope to hold Ramadan banquets every year, he added. Every year during the holy month, Al Rabie Saudi Foods launches and supports several initiatives, most notably offering direct financial support to charities in Saudi Arabia and providing support to the “Our Lives (Hayatuna)” campaign, which was recently launched by the Charity Association to Raise Health Awareness.
