Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA) underscores the importance of harnessing talent with dedicated convention, as it is a way to exploit the best practices in human capital management, including people development and talent retention. In a first-of-its-kind event, the upcoming forum slated on Oct. 9-11, 2011 at Park Hyatt Hotel, Dubai, will give human resource management professionals from major local and regional companies a platform to exhibit their knowledge in the fields of strategic organizational capabilities and development and talent management. Talent, sustainability, agility and peak performance will be high on the agenda, the organizers said.
