SR2m contract for parks

Mayor Dr. Hani Bin Mohammed Abu Ras signed here today a contract worth over SR2 million for construction of public parks in Khulais municipality in Jeddah.
After signing the contract, Mayor Abu Ras pointed out that the project will be executed in 12 months.
Projects are underway to transform flood canals to public parks in eastern and western Jeddah. More than 70 hectares of sports-activity centers, playgrounds, places for prayer, markets and paths for pedestrians and cyclists will be constructed in Jeddah to meet the need for areas for families and youths.
